Items are eligible for return if:
Items are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, be free of any stains of any kind as well as animal hair, and with the original tags on.
Items are received with 14 days from the original purchase date.
All SALE item purchases are non-returnable.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 2-5 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
